As a Panellist of Real World Investor you are bound by a number of Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully. If you have any difficulties or issues regarding them please either unsubscribe, or submit your queries to info@realworldinvestor.com.
These Terms and Conditions (Agreement) are between you (User) and Real World Investor (RWI), which is a service run and wholly owned by twentysix via a world wide website (Site) for the purpose of carrying out online surveys (Surveys) in return for payment (Fee). By agreeing to become a member of the RWI Panellist team you as the User agree to bound by them.
RWI reserves the right to change or modify any parts of this Agreement or alter operational parts of the Site at any time and at its sole discretion. RWI will post alerts on the RWI Site telling Users that the Agreement has been altered. Your continued use of this Site following changes or modifications to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
The RWI Service Overview
RWI consists of an Internet browser interface, a range of software applications, data storage,. transmission, and access for the purpose of carrying out Surveys. RWI makes no guarantees as to the continuous availability of RWI or of any specific feature(s) of the Site. RWI may at any time make changes to the Site with all changes being subject to this Agreement. Except as set forth herein, no rights of any kind are granted with respect to the Site.
Registration
To become a User you must complete the registration form. Only one registration is permitted per User. RWI reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts it deems inappropriate at any time and without provision of a reason. Any User which RWI discovers has activated more than one account will have all accounts suspended and all outstanding Fees revoked.
You warrant that the information you provide at registration is true, fair and accurate. As part of the registration process you will provide a current email address, user name and password. As the User you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
All panellists are deemed to be independent contracts to Real World Investor in return for fees outlined at the time of survey participation.
Surveys
Surveys vary in length and nature and will warrant a payment of a Fee from RWI to the User on completion, subject to the terms set out under Payment.
You warrant that the information you provide in response to the Survey(s) is a true, fair and accurate reflection of your opinions. RWI operates a series of automated and manual checking procedures on opinions supplied by Users to ascertain that they are accurate. RWI reserves the right to withhold or cancel Fees to any User if in the opinion of RWI the User has not supplied true, fair or accurate data. RWI reserves the right to amend, delete or alter in anyway the data provided by the User.
In order to prevent misleading, inaccurate, malicious or defamatory Survey data provided by the User, as the User you agree to indemnify RWI, its employees, officers, agents, and other partners and their employees, from all costs, claims, demands, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) whatsoever and howsoever arising, made and/or claimed by any third party
License for User content
With respect to all User provided content you supply to the Site, you grant RWI the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub licensable right and licence to either use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, sell to a third party and display such content (in whole or in parts) worldwide as RWI sees fit.
Payments
Each survey undertaken by a User will result in a Fee. The amount of the Fee is dependent on the Survey being undertaken. Payments against Fees will only be made to members who accrual a balance in excess of £75. No money is owed by RWI to any User prior to reaching this sum. Payments will be made when a request is submitted by the User to RWI and will be paid by cheque to the User at the address supplied at registration or later amended by the User.
Payments are not authorised until the preceding survey in which you participated in has been completed. Surveys normally take 7-10 days to close. For legal reasons all RWI survey data is checked to ensure Panellists have not supplied any misleading, inaccurate, malicious or defamatory information. This process takes a further three days. Payments to Panellists are then authorised to the accounts department.
Payment cheque runs are carried out on the last business day of each month, and are usually dispatched by first class post the same day.
Confidentiality
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Site or content therein. You agree to keep confidential the details of all RWI client companies and the particulars of all Surveys you participate in or are invited to participate in.
